• April became the strongest leasing month yet, bringing total occupancy to 47.4%.
• By early May, the facility had already reached 49.3% occupancy.

That pace has placed the project well ahead of initial pro forma occupancy projections during its first five months of operations.

The consistent month-over-month growth suggests strong market demand and reinforces confidence in the long-term performance of the project.

A Strategic Lease-Up Approach
