Seven DAI Communities Climb Toward Elite Reputation Scores with The Orchard at 920

While that vision is ambitious, it’s also measurable. One of the ways we track our progress is through reputation scores, an industry benchmark that reflects resident satisfaction and overall community experience.
Today, we’re proud to share that DAI communities, in partnership with Greystar, have reached a significant milestone.
Seven Communities Above 800
Just one year ago, DAI had only one community with a Reputation Score above 800.
Today, seven of our nine communities have surpassed that mark, including one community that has achieved an elite score above 900.
Current Reputation Scores include:

- Enduro Townhomes – 881

These achievements are the result of a strong partnership between DAI and Greystar, the professional property management company that manages our communities. From resident communication and maintenance response to community engagement and day-to-day operations, Greystar’s onsite teams play a critical role in creating positive resident experiences. These reputation scores reflect the combined efforts of DAI, Greystar, and countless team members who are committed to helping residents feel at home.
What Makes an 800 or 900 Score Special?
Reputation Scores are calculated using a combination of resident reviews, online ratings, review response rates, and overall customer sentiment. Scores range from 0 to 1,000.
Communities that achieve a score of 800 or higher qualify for Reputation’s annual 800 Award, recognizing locations that demonstrate exceptional customer satisfaction and reputation performance.
Communities that reach 900 or higher enter an even more exclusive category. Reputation describes the 900 Award as the industry’s “gold standard” for customer experience. According to Reputation, fewer than 3% of all locations in its network achieve a score of 900 or higher.
That makes The Orchard Townhomes’ score of 920 a remarkable accomplishment and a reflection of the team’s commitment to serving residents at the highest level.
The Momentum Continues
What’s especially exciting is the trajectory of several other DAI communities.
Rise Townhomes, Calypso Townhomes, and Enduro Townhomes are all approaching the 900-point threshold. If current trends continue, DAI could soon have multiple communities performing at one of the highest levels recognized in the industry.
While the numbers themselves are encouraging, they represent something much more meaningful than awards or rankings.
