Over the last 25 years, DAI has been a pioneering force in the growth and development of the Wasatch Front. The founders are passionate about building quality communities, where families and businesses thrive. DAI has developed over 8,000 acres of beautiful communities, which are some of the most sought-after places in Utah.
The management team has also been involved in the development of over 2 million square feet of office, 1000 multi-family rentals, as well as 150,000 square feet of self storage units.
In 2009, DAI’s partners founded Candlelight Homes to bring quality, thoughtfully designed homes to Utah families. Known for blending beautiful style with lasting value, Candlelight Homes has built across the Wasatch Front and earned a reputation for excellence.
Today, Candlelight Homes focuses exclusively on Firefly, our signature Active Family Community® in Eagle Mountain. With 350+ acres of parks, trails, and amenities, Firefly is designed for face-to-face connections and Life Unplugged.
Even though the demand for additional housing continues to rise, DAI has opted to exceed market expectations by providing upscale townhome communities with uniquely themed amenities and features. Three developments, H2O Lofts in West Valley City, The Orchard in Sandy, and Black Ridge Townhomes in St. George, are well underway, and pre-leasing has begun. These […]

Last week, DAI delivered 2,453 diapers, 6,300 wipes, and 209.6 ounces of formula to HomeAid Utah’s fourth annual 2022 Diaper Drive. Celebrated as Utah Diaper Bank’s most significant annual donor, HomeAid Utah is expected to surpass last year’s contribution with a final diaper count to exceed 500,000. This amount is estimated to supply nearly 20% of Utah’s yearly diaper needs.
