This master-planned community features beautiful single-family homesites up to a third acre. Sunset Ridge includes a park, trails, soccer field, and basketball court throughout the 10 acres of open space.
Eagle Mountain city is centrally located 40 miles south of Salt Lake and 30 miles north of Provo. Since its incorporation in 1996, the population has grown exponentially with a current population of about 30,000 residents. However, the city is the third largest in Utah geographically, covering almost 42 square miles. With such a large area, there is never a shortage of open space. The city has built four regional parks and 35 neighborhood parks, and has more than 30 miles of jogging, biking, and equestrian trails, creating connections between Eagle Mountain’s residential developments. There are even trails for OHV activities at Five Mile Pass, a recreational area rich with history.
To foster a sense of neighborhood pride, Eagle Mountain hosts a number of community events including a pageant, safety program, and Pony Express days, an annual festival which celebrates historical ties to the Pony Express Trail.
