The Orchard is a new, multi-family project built on the historic Farnsworth Farms property. The design of the community honors the history of the farm with a red barn clubhouse, community garden boxes, orchard-style open space, windmill accents, and farm-themed playgrounds. The community features four different townhome floorplans, as well as single-level twin homes.
